  We unfortunately chose Kennedy & Hunt to manage our brand new investment property in Gisborne. Andrew Luxmore appeared to be quite capable and reassured us that our interests would be looked after. Nothing could be farther from the truth. He had no empathy for the landlord so much so that we wondered who he was working for. Given our grievances we gave the director ample opportunity to address our concerns. He chose not to even respond when invited to do so. Had he done so, we would not be using online reviews to air our grievances. So to sum up Property Manager incompetent, Director arrogant. Do you want these people to manage your property if things go wrong????
